开发商Pocketpair宣布，PS5版《幻兽帕鲁》现已在日本以抢先体验版的形式推出，售价为3400日元（约合人民币160元）。
《幻兽帕鲁》于9月24日在68个国家和地区推出了PS5版本，但开发商Pocketpair的母国日本不在其中。虽然有怀疑的声音称是任天堂和宝可梦公司的诉讼导致了《幻兽帕鲁》PS5日服延期，不过Pocketpair并未证实这一点。
