9月17日，据中国海油消息，随着亚洲首艘圆筒型海上油气加工厂“海葵一号”和亚洲第一深水导管架平台“海基二号”通过机械完工验收，标志着我国首个深水油田二次开发项目工程建设完工，我国全类型深水油气装备自主建设能力实现重大突破。（央视新闻）
