近日，云南昆明一位老人突发脑梗晕倒，因恰逢晚高峰堵车，老人的孙子在驾车送奶奶去医院的路上拨打了110报警电话，向交警求助。
因送医及时，老人转危为安。拨打求助电话的小伙后来专程为昆明交警和当天一路护送奶奶的民辅警送去锦旗，并反复表达谢意。
