观点网讯：8月30日，中旭未来宣布了一项重要的管理层变动，公司首席执行官（CEO）由吴旭波先生变更为梁文红女士，该变动自公告发布之日起生效。
梁文红女士，36岁，拥有超过11年的行业经验，此前担任中旭未来集团副总裁。她毕业于暨南大学，获得旅游管理学士学位。
梁文红女士的任期为三年，可续签，年薪为人民币200万元，此外还有由董事会决定的酌情花红。
