2024年8月12日信息显示，渤海银行股份有限公司重庆渝北支行因迟报周期性报表和报告，违反了《中华人民共和国银行业监督管理法》相关规定，被国家金融监督管理总局两江监管分局处以25万元罚款。同时，该支行时任行长岳蕾也受到警告处分。处罚决定由两江监管分局于2024年8月5日作出。
