国际奥委会主席巴赫宣布不再连任
北京时间8月11日，在国际奥委会第142次全会闭幕式上，现任国际奥委会主席巴赫表示自己将不再寻求连任。
巴赫说，国际奥委会将于2025年3月在希腊古奥林匹亚举行的会议上选举新任主席，并表示自己不再寻求继续担任主席。巴赫说，新任主席将于2025年6月24日接任。
2013年9月10日，巴赫当选第九任国际奥委会主席；2021年3月10日，巴赫连任国际奥委会主席，任期至2025年。
