2024年7月26日，国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局对保险公估行业进行了规范性监管，方圆国际保险公估（北京）有限公司及其时任副总经理霍祝宁因客户告知不规范的违规行为受到行政处罚。根据京金罚决字〔2024〕20号文件，该公估公司被处以5000元罚款，而霍祝宁个人则除了受到警告外，同样被罚款5000元。
