北京商报讯（记者 关子辰 牛清妍）7月10日，在国新办举行的"推动高质量发展"系列主题新闻发布会上，中国民用航空局局长宋志勇表示，民航航班正常率连续6年超过80%，今年上半年，在航班量同比增长13.4%的情况下，航班正常率达到了86.37%。
