格隆汇6月21日丨兰石重装(603169.SH)公布，为推动子公司转型升级发展，公司拟以债转股加现金方式向青岛公司增资25,000.00万元；以现金方式向新疆公司增资12,000.00万元；以现金（均来源于募集资金）17,558.41万元向全资子公司超合金公司增资并专款用于建设募投项目之智能化超合金生产线。
