智能家具通用技术要求

1 范围

本文件规定了智能家具产品的要求、检验规则、标志、使用说明、包装、贮存和运输，描述了相应的试验方法。

本文件适用于室内用智能家具产品的质量控制。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中，注日期的引用文件，仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件；不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1
智能家具 intelligent furniture
具有语音交互、肢体交互、数据采集监测、数据传输储存、基于感知数据的处理调整、远程控制等功 能，并通过人机或信息交互实现功能转换的家具。

3.2
运行装置 operation device
在智能家具中通过机电系统(或其他系统)实现家具或组件移动、功能调节或转换的装置。

3.3
可触及区域 access area
在正常使用情况下，使用者在产品功能位置上其肢体能接触的部位。

3.4
传感模块 sensor module
由敏感元件和转换元件组成，可感知外部环境或探测外部动作，能将感知到的非电量转换成电参量 并进行输出的功能器件或装置。

4 要求

4.1 基本性能

4.1.1 智能家具的产品质量应符合附录A 中表 A.1 对应标准的要求。

4.1.2 按产品标准试验后，产品的电路、组件不应损坏，各项功能应正常。

4.1.3 具有运行装置的智能家具，经5000次调节及运行后，应符合4.1.2试验后的要求。

4.1.4 电子部件外壳机械强度测试，试验后应满足附录B中相关标准的要求。

4.1.5 应在使用说明书中标识智能化功能。

4.1.6 含有软件和硬件的家具产品，软件和硬件应安全可靠，硬件应抗干扰能力强，软件系统应具有权限安全体系。

4.5光生物安全
安装在智能家具中的照明装置,光生物安全应符合 GB/T 30117.2,GB/T 30117.3,GB/T 30117.5、IEC62471:2006的要求。
4.6 结构
4.6.1 具有运行装置的家具,运行应操作灵活,运行时应平稳无卡顿;具有平移功能的(如桌面升降等)部件或组件,应平行运行(桌面水平允许偏差小于或等于5%,行程的允许偏差士2mm),无倾斜或扭曲。
4.6.2 具有运行装置的家具,运行应有限位装置,行程极限不应超出标称的行程范围。

4.6.3 运行装置满行程运动循环100次后,在行程范围内任意指定3个不同的位置进行启停运动操作,其运动控制功能不应有卡顿或失效。
4.6.4具有运行装置的家具,运行速度应符合:桌台类不高于80mm/s,床类不高于50mm/s,躺椅类不高于 100 mm/s。
4.6.5 智能家具的运行装置应具有紧急制动功能。在断电或系统故障时,应能停止运动,保持断电或故障前的状态,并通过其他装置调节到安全状态。
4.6.6智能家具的运行装置应能够锁定。
4.6.7运行装置的操作系统应具有童锁或对误操作的保护措施。
4.6.8 操作时,非人力驱动的门板、推拉构件、翻门、翻板等应具有缓冲装置
4.7 电气或电子设备4.7.1 根据产品的设计和特性,智能家具应符合表B.1中电气安全相关标准的要求。4.7.2 当采用交流电源供电时,电压在220V士22V和50Hz士1Hz条件下变化时,系统应能正常工作。当采用直流电源供电时,电压在额定值的士10%范围内变化时,系统应能正常工作。

4.7.3应具有电源显示、运行状态显示、故障显示的功能。
4.7.4电气线路不应裸露在使用者正常活动范围和预期在正常使用时承受人体压力的位置

4.7.5 采用深插式发射头的遥控器,指向性角度左右偏角均应>30°。
4.8电磁兼容
电磁兼容性应符合表B2中电磁兼容相关标准的要求，
4.9 信息安全
智能家具产品信息安全应符合GB/T41387的要求
4.10 传感模块
4.10.1采用电池供电的,应具有低电量提醒功能。
4.10.2具有个人健康状态远程监控的智能家具,应符合GB/T37733.1、GB/T37733.2和GB/T 37733.32020中第5章、第6章的相关规定。

5试验方法
5.1 基本性能
5.1.1 产品质量按表A.1中对应标准的规定进行测试。采用非人力驱动的可活动部件(如门板,推拉构件等),耐久性试验时,按对应产品标准要求的质量和次数进行加载,部件选用相应的动方式进行,按4.1.1进行判定。
5.1.2 按5.1.1试验后,检查产品的电路、组件是否损坏,各项功能是否正常5.1.3 运行装置耐久性按附录C的规定进行测试。
5.1.4 电子部件的机械强度测试,依据GB/T2423.55-2023中第5章的要求进行。在电子部件外壳手柄、旋钮的薄弱点上用0.5]的冲击能量冲击3次。家具中集成的电器产品用大于0.5」的冲击能量冲击3次。按4.1.4进行判定。
5.1.5使用目测法检查使用说明书中是否标识了产品的智能化功能5.1.6 登录产品操作软件,按使用说明模拟操作检查软件系统是否正常运行。
5.2耐潮湿性能
将智能家具整体置于温度(30士5)℃的室内,保持1h后开始加湿,使相对湿度达到85%~95%,保持48b,再置于室温恢复2h后,检查智能家具各项功能是否正常运行
5.3 噪声
被测家具的声压级与背景噪声之差应大于6dB,宜大于15dB。被测试家具安置在测试房间的地面上,声级计放置在距离被测家具测试面1m的位置,使用声级计测量设备启动,功能转换及平稳运行后前、后、左、右及上端的噪声。声级计应符合GB/T3785.1-2023中对1级仪器的要求。
5.4 温度调节
环境温度(20士5)℃条件下,将智能家具的加热功能调节至最高温度设置,连续运行1h。使用热电偶选取发热面中间及四周共5个点位,各点位温度减去室温为温升值。温升以K表示,精确到1K。以温升最高值作为试验结果。
5.5光生物安全
按 GB/T 30117,2,GB/T 30117.3、GB/T 30117.5、EC62471:2006 的规定进行测试

6检验规则
6.1检验分类
产品检验可分为出厂检验、型式检验，
6.2出厂检验
6.2.1 出厂检验项目
非破坏性项目进行出厂检验。出厂检验项目在具体产品标准的基础上,还应包括4.1.5、4.3、4.4、4.6.1、4.6.2、4.6.4~4.6.8、4.11所列项目。
6.2.2组批规则和抽样方案
相同材料、相同工艺、同一时期连续生产的同型号产品为一批产品。抽样检验程序执行GB/T2828.1-2012的规定,采用正常检验一次抽样,检验水平为一般检验水平Ⅱ，接收质量限(AQL)为6.5,其抽样方案见表2。

7.3 包装
产品应加以包装,防止磕碰、划伤和污损。
7.4 贮存和运输
产品在运输和贮存过程中应平整堆放,加以必要的防护,防止污染、虫蚀、受潮、暴晒贮存时应按类别、规格分别堆放。

General technical requirements for intelligent furniture

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, instructions for use, packaging, storage and transportation of intelligent furniture products, and describes the corresponding test methods.

This standard is applicable to the control of indoor intelligent furniture products.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

3.1
intelligent furniture
furniture that has functions such as voice interaction, body interaction, data collection and monitoring, data transmission and storage, processing and adjustment based on perception data, remote control, etc., and realizes transformation of such functions through human-machine or information interaction

3.2
operation device
device in intelligent furniture that realizes the movement, functional regulation or transformation of furniture or components through an electromechanical system (or other system)

3.3
access area
part where users at the functional position of the product can access under normal use of product

3.4
sensor module
functional device or unit composed of sensitive elements and transduction elements, which can sense external environment or detect external actions, and can convert perceived non-electrical quantities into electric parameters and output them

4 Requirements

4.1 Basic performance

4.1.1 The quality of intelligent furniture products shall meet the requirements of the corresponding standards in Table A.1, Annex A.

4.1.2 After test according to product standards, the circuits and components of the product shall be free from damage, and all functions of the product shall be normal.

4.1.3 Intelligent furniture with operation devices shall meet the requirements of 4.1.2 after 5,000 regulations and operations.

4.1.4 After the mechanical strength test, the electronic component housing shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards in Annex B.

4.1.5 Intelligent functions shall be identified in the instruction for use.

4.1.6 For furniture products containing software and hardware, the software and hardware shall be safe and reliable, the hardware shall have strong anti-interference ability, and the software shall be provided with a permission security system.
