财联社4月26日电，永辉超市公告，派慧科技拟向公司现金购买公司持有的永辉云金科技有限公司65%的股权，转让总价为3.36亿元。本次交易完成后，公司仍持有云金科技35%的股权。同日公告，公司一季度净利润7.36亿元，同比增长4.57%。
