晋中市医疗保障局党组成员、副局长张勇违规收受礼品礼金、违规借用管理服务对象车辆问题。2013年至2021年，张勇借逢年过节之机，多次违规收受多名管理服务对象赠送的烟酒、购物卡等礼品和礼金。2019年至2023年，张勇长期违规借用管理服务对象郭某1台车辆供其个人使用。2023年10月，张勇受到党内严重警告处分，违纪所得予以收缴。
