佐丹奴国际2月5日晚间在港交所公告，周大福控股旗下公司Sino Wealth International Limited要求罢免佐丹奴国际行政总裁及董事刘国权，提议Colin Melville Kennedy Currie担任公司新任行政总裁、董事，提议委任郑志雯和郑志亮为佐丹奴的非执行董事。佐丹奴董事会正在寻求法律意见。Sino Wealth International Limited持有佐丹奴国际约24.06%股份。
