中国核电9月27日公告，控股子公司中核汇能(内蒙古)能源有限公司拟与易事特集团股份有限公司签订股权转让协议，以2.5亿元的价格受让民勤县国能太阳能发电有限公司100%股权，涉及的在运光伏装机容量为50MW；以3.01亿元的价格受让金昌国能太阳能发电有限公司100%股权，涉及的在运光伏装机容量为50MW。
