全美房地产经纪人协会（NAR）日前表示，美国6月成屋销售总数年化为416万套，环比下降3.3%，而房价则继续攀升。6月成屋销售价格中值为41.02万美元，是自1999年1月NAR开始追踪该数据以来的第二高价格，继2022年6月和2022年5月之后月度销售价格中位数第三次超过40万美元。
