2023年2月22日，高澜股份(300499.SZ)发布公告，为推进公司全场景热管理研发与储能高端制造项目，公司以自有资金认缴出资5000万元投资设立了全资子公司惠州高澜能源科技有限公司。
近日，惠州高澜已完成工商设立登记，并取得了惠州仲恺高新技术产业开发区市场监督管理局核发的《营业执照》，注册资本5000万元。
