上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）大叶股份公告，为进一步开拓国际市场，增强园林机械产品的竞争力，公司拟通过全资孙公司大叶墨西哥在墨西哥建设海外生产基地，项目计划在原1,000万美元的基础上，追加投资额4,500万美元，合计总投资额为5,500万美元。
