含义：有学问的人或书呆子。
来源：英语国家的人觉得，读书厉害的人常常用脑过度头发掉光，和鸡蛋壳非常像，因此，那些读书厉害的人，就被称为“egg head”；汉语中也有类似“聪明绝顶”的说法，有时也带有贬义，表示“书呆子”。
