洛阳市场9月份环比量价齐跌，洛龙区和涧西区依然是成交主力，高新区、伊滨区等郊区板块以价换量，价格下降明显。
2022年9月份洛阳市区住宅供应18.39万㎡，环比上升52%；成交14.88万㎡，环比下滑2%，成交均价9007元/㎡；
当前存量432万㎡，去化周期29个月，
9月份成交主要集中在洛龙区，供需双高，佳兆业洛阳中心，碧桂园玖玺台成交较好，其次是伊滨区洛阳碧桂园以价换量，单盘单月网签211套，拉低区域均价。
