西门子官微7月8日消息，西门子智能基础设施集团近日宣布，已签署协议计划收购美国资产和维护管理解决方案SaaS提供商Brightly Software。收购价格为15.75亿美元，外加或有支付。相关监管部门正在对该项目进行审批，预计将于2022年完成。
