6月8日，广东证监局发布消息称，广发资管在对广发金管家睿利债券1号集合资产管理计划进行公募化改造过程中，未按照勤勉和审慎原则，针对产品风险等级、估值方式、份额设置变更等重大事项履行特别提醒和通知义务，产品变更的征询期安排不合理，投资者权利保障不到位，因此对广发资管予以警示。
