智通财经APP讯，焦作万方(000612.SZ)发布公告，公司于3月17日收到持股5%以上股东万方集团《焦作市万方集团有限责任公司解除股权质押告知函》，结合中国证券登记结算有限责任公司关于股东股份质押冻结相关资料，获悉万方集团持有的公司部分股份解除质押。本次解除质押550万股，占其所持股份比例的8.85%。
