当地时间25日，俄罗斯驻欧盟大使奇佐夫在接受欧洲综合新闻网站“欧洲动态”（Euractiv）采访时表示，俄罗斯军队不会长期驻留乌克兰，“这（长期驻留）并不是我们的本意”，他说，“希望俄军能尽快完成这次行动，之后将撤离”。
