前三季度，衡量结汇意愿的结汇率，也就是客户拿到外汇以后卖给银行的规模和客户涉外外汇收入之比是66.9%，这个比例比去年同期略升2个百分点。到今年9月末，企业等市场主体的境内外汇存款余额比去年年底增加了636亿美元，其中，上半年增加了658亿美元，7月以来余额是基本稳定的。
