为保障南京传统名小吃鸭血粉丝汤的高品质，南京给速食“鸭血粉丝汤”定了标准：特征料包（鸭产品）的含量应大于终产品的50%，且特征料包（鸭产品）中固形物的含量应大于该料包的50%。据记者从南京市市场监管局获悉，相关生产企业在符合标准的前提下，方可申请食品生产许可。（扬子晚报）
