19日，在泉州南埔镇肖厝惠屿新型塑胶网箱安装基地，工人在担运环保塑料浮球。为加快推进泉港区水产养殖绿色发展，去年12月，该区投入5300多万元，启动肖厝惠屿新型塑胶网箱升级改造项目，在海域面积22.1公顷的南埔浅海网箱养殖区，用新型塑胶养殖渔排替代传统木质渔排，减少海漂垃圾。
