历经四个半月的休渔，浙江宁波渔民迎来了东海全面开渔的大喜日子。9月16日，中国农民丰收节系列活动暨第23届中国(象山)开渔节开船仪式在全国六大中心渔港之一的宁波象山石浦港隆重举行。中午12时，近1300艘大马力钢制渔轮浩浩荡荡驶离港口，奔赴东海捕鱼。
