据武汉市公安局东西湖分局通报，近日，有网民在网络上发文并附视频称“长青街三民小区居民健康码全部转红码、三民小区门口全是特警守门”。经核实，此为谣言。公安机关已对涉案人员陈某依法给予行政拘留处罚。
公安机关重申：网络不是法外之地，对于编造、散布谣言，扰乱公共秩序的行为，将依法予以处理。
