主料: 南瓜叶一把; 辅料: 蒜一小撮,小红椒3个,鸡蛋一个,盐少许;

做锅热油以后猛火。
爆炒,入勾芡水少量,盐少许,翻炒一会以后就可以开吃啦,味道吃起来真的是棒棒哒,百吃不厌。
