9月7日，航天环宇（688523.SH）公告称，公司前次IPO募集资金净额为8.23亿元，截至2026年6月30日，已累计投入募集资金7.24亿元，占募集资金净额的87.93%；尚未使用余额为1.30亿元，其中专户余额1.10亿元，闲置资金现金管理0.20亿元。前次募投项目未变更，“军民两用通信、测控与测试装备产业化项目”延期至2026年12月31日；累计使用超募资金1.90亿元永久补流，使用超募资金5943.14万元回购股份306万股，占总股本0.75%。
