近日，有网友发帖称，其乘坐厦门航空从西宁飞往北京的航班途中，遭到邻座乘客辱骂，冲突升级后“被扇耳光、击打头部”。8月31日，厦门航空新闻事务组相关工作人员向封面新闻记者表示，目前该事件由公安机关处理。该工作人员还明确表示，航司不会对当事乘客进行补偿。封面新闻记者 李茂佳 编辑 付珍玉洁
