新华社北京8月31日电（记者马晓冬）北京市第三中级人民法院8月31日依法公开宣判北京市通州区政协原副主席、一级巡视员尚祖国犯受贿罪一案，对被告人尚祖国以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十年六个月，并处罚金人民币八十万元；对被告人尚祖国受贿犯罪所得及孳息予以没收，上缴国库。（完）
