近日，据媒体报道，河南郑州城区道路上，一辆无人快递车在行驶中，车顶上还趴着两名男子。
对此，新石器无人车客服工作人员回应称，如果人员绕过摄像头，不超重的情况下，无人快递车系统无法识别。他们会将情况进行反馈。
