当地时间8月29日，伊朗副外长加里巴巴迪表示，伊朗已与阿曼就霍尔木兹海峡通行安排达成谅解，但该谅解不会自动进入执行阶段。
加里巴巴迪表示，除非美国履行其义务，否则伊朗与阿曼就霍尔木兹海峡达成的谅解不会进入执行阶段，伊朗不急于重新开放霍尔木兹海峡。（总台记者 李健南）
