自2026年9月1日起，大连市城建档案馆正式启用“大连市城市建设档案馆档案证明专用章”电子印章。
大连市城建档案馆按档案查询相关规定加盖的该电子印章，与实物印章具有同等法律效力。
此举将进一步简化档案查询办理流程、提高办事效率，方便市民查档。
