北京商报讯（记者 魏蔚）8月27日，百度集团在香港联交所发布公告称，自愿将其于香港联交所的第二上市地位转换为主要上市，并将于2026年9月1日生效。自生效日期起，百度将于香港联交所及纳斯达克双重主要上市。据百度官方新闻，此次转换不涉及公司发行新股或进行任何融资活动。
