湖南日报消息，8月26日，湖南省政府与国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司在长沙签署“十五五”时期战略合作协议。根据协议，“十五五”时期，双方将携手打造以新型能源“质能网”为支撑的新型能源体系，进一步深化油气体制改革，合力推动油气管网基础设施建设，实现更高水平互利共赢。
