品玩8月26日讯，据 TechCrunch 报道，AI图像生成模型Stable Diffusion背后的Stability AI宣布完成7600万美元B轮融资，累计融资总额达2.32亿美元。
本轮投资方包括Universal Music Group、Sony Music Group、Warner Music Group及游戏巨头Electronic Arts，AMD Ventures与Pacific Alliance Ventures亦参与投资。Stability AI首席执行官Prem Akkaraju表示，此轮融资是对其"以生成式AI赋能创作者"愿景的肯定。
资金将用于扩展"创意制作"产品体系及专业服务部门。Stability AI已与Universal Music、EA及Warner Music达成合作，共同开发AI工具。法律层面，公司在英国Getty Images版权诉讼中基本胜诉，美国同类诉讼仍在审理中。此外，联合创始人Cyrus Hodes于2023年起诉另一联合创始人Emad Mostaque，指控其被诱骗出售公司股份。
