北京商报讯（记者 李晗）8月25日，中国金茂发布2026年中期业绩报告显示，上半年中国金茂实现收入214.18亿元，归母净利润8.79亿元，签约销售金额575亿元，同比增长8%。
中国金茂管理层表示，上半年公司销售签约结构进一步聚焦。一二线城市销售占比达到96%；华北、华东区域贡献销售额463亿元，占比81%。
