MIC 2026 International Curriculum Summer Camp is in full swing! Building on an immersive international curriculum experience, this year's camp has upgraded its activity lineup with three major pillars—elite sports, cutting-edge technology, and lifestyle aesthetics—working in synergy to create a summer journey filled with sweat, reflection, and creativity for every camper.

击剑×马术：在优雅与博弈中，重塑身心力量
精英运动的意义，不在于“会玩”，而在于“玩中学”——在竞技中学会尊重，在挑战中突破自我。

The true value of elite sports lies not in "knowing how to play," but in "learning through play"—developing respect through competition and pushing past limits through challenges.

PART.01击剑：格斗中的芭蕾，决策力的试炼场

一袭白衣，一剑锋芒。击剑不仅是体能的较量，更是专注力与瞬间判断力的极限挑战。

In white uniforms with blades in hand, fencing is far more than a physical contest—it is a supreme test of focus and split-second judgment.

在专业教练指导下，同学们从基础步法到实战对抗，在一攻一守中磨砺沉稳心态，感受“优雅竞技”的独特魅力。

Under the guidance of professional coaches, campers progress from foundational footwork to live sparring, honing their composure through every attack and parry, and experiencing the unique allure of "elegant competition."

PART.02马术：在驾驭中收获勇气与共情

马术从来不只是“骑马”，而是信任与沟通的艺术。

Equestrianism is never just "horseback riding"—it is an art of trust and communication.

同学们在专业教练陪护下，完成备马、控缰、慢步、轻快步等基础训练，在亲近自然与动物的过程中，建立自信、培养耐心与责任感。

With professional instructors by their side, campers complete foundational training including tacking up, rein control, walking, and rising trot. Through this close interaction with nature and animals, they build self-confidence, patience, and a sense of responsibility. This is growth beyond the classroom, and an elite competency highly valued in international education.

走进广纳院：触摸改变未来的科技力量

夏令营最硬核的行程，当属走进国家级科研平台——广东粤港澳大湾区国家纳米科技创新研究院（广纳院）。

The most cutting-edge excursion of the camp was the visit to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area National Nanotechnology Innovation Institute (Guangna Institute) , a national-level research platform.

在纳米芯展厅，同学们零距离接触多项打破国外垄断的“卡脖子”技术：自研六寸芯片滤波器打破海外九成市场垄断、量子点材料实现显示产业全自主可控、温敏纳米凝胶开启肿瘤精准微创治疗、光波导芯片成为中美科技竞争新赛道……每一项成果都让大家真切感受到中国纳米科技应用转化的硬核实力。

In the Nano-Core Exhibition Hall, campers came face to face with multiple "bottleneck" technologies that have broken foreign monopolies: domestically developed 6-inch chip filters (breaking the 90% overseas market share), quantum dot materials (achieving full independent control in the display industry), thermosensitive nanogels (enabling precision minimally invasive cancer therapy), and optical waveguide chips (a new frontier in Sino-US tech competition)—each achievement offering a tangible glimpse into China's hard power in nanotechnology.

最令人兴奋的是动手环节——在科普实验室，同学们参照生物医药制剂规范，亲手调配原料、水浴控温乳化，制备富含富勒烯的护肤雪花膏。

The most exciting part was the hands-on session. In the science lab, following biopharmaceutical-grade protocols, campers formulated their own fullerene-enriched skincare cream through raw material blending and water-bath emulsification.

随后拼装富勒烯C60笼状分子模型，直观看懂纳米颗粒“体积小、易渗透”的结构原理。从展厅观看到亲手制备，从宏观认知到微观建构，这场沉浸式科研体验让科技报国的种子在少年心中悄然萌芽。

They then assembled C60 buckyball molecular models to visually grasp the structural principle of "small size, easy penetration." From exhibition hall to lab bench, from macro understanding to micro construction, this immersive research experience planted the seeds of scientific ambition in young minds.

在这里，课本里的“纳米”科技变得可看、可感、可触。这不仅是一次科普，更是一场科学思维的启蒙。

Here, the "nanotechnology" from textbooks became visible, touchable, and hands-on. This was not just a science outreach—it was an initiation into scientific thinking.

美学预告：服装设计×花艺，用创造力定义“美”

如果说运动和科技是“向外探索”，那么美学课堂就是“向内表达”。

If sports and technology represent "outward exploration," then the aesthetics workshops are all about "inward expression."

在夏令营尾声，服装设计课程与花艺课程即将上线！今晚和明天营员们将在专业导师带领下，了解服装设计基础逻辑，尝试从草图到小样制作的创作流程；学习花艺色彩搭配与空间构图，用植物语言表达情绪与审美。

As the camp draws to a close, Fashion Design and Floral Art courses are about to launch! Tonight and tomorrow, campers will work alongside professional instructors to explore the fundamentals of fashion design—from sketching to sample-making—and learn floral color coordination and spatial composition, using the language of plants to express emotion and aesthetic sensibility.

这是创造力、审美力与动手能力的综合碰撞，也是美伦“全人教育”理念的生动体现——让每个孩子都能找到属于自己的表达方式。

This is a dynamic convergence of creativity, aesthetic taste, and hands-on skill—and a vivid manifestation of MIC's "holistic education" philosophy: enabling every child to find their own way of expression.

SUMMER CAMP夏令营的意义，不止于暑假
