菠菜荠菜先靠边：7月就该吃这道菜——一护肝、二明目、三强体质

我家老大10岁那阵子，天天抱着手机看视频，眼睛红得跟煎鸡蛋起锅那层白泡一样。那天晚上他喊眼睛疼，我媳妇拦着不让他一直蹭屏，我这个当爹的就钻进厨房，拿出头天晚上洗好的枸杞芽。

第一道没做多花，直接煮枸杞芽蛋花汤。锅里水一开先下枸杞芽，等青菜香出来了再把鸡蛋沿着锅边慢慢倒进去，蛋花立住，汤色清亮。端上桌那会儿，孩子呼哧呼哧喝了两碗，嘴里还嘟囔说比方便面强多了。

这场景我记得很清楚，因为七月的天真不讲理，热得人上火，熬夜也更容易把火气点起来。很多人这时候吃菠菜、荠菜也没错，可我想说一句大实话，若是你肝火旺、眼睛干涩、用眼多、还经常熬夜，七月更该常吃的黄金野菜是枸杞芽。它的路数就是清热又补虚，清肝火同时不把身体“补散架”。

先把话说明白，七月为啥更容易“肝火上浮”

七月盛夏，阳气旺，燥热一上来，人就容易口干、咽喉不舒服、眼睛发涩。你要是再加上长期看屏幕，眼睛得不到休息，干涩、发胀这类问题就更明显。更要命的是，睡眠一乱，身体的节奏就跟蒸馒头忘了掐火一样，热气一直往上顶，吃啥都容易“觉得上火”。

这时候如果饭桌上还是清淡得没滋味或者只有油腻重口，那火气更容易被“助燃”。枸杞芽的好处是口感清爽，做法也快，而且家里老人孩子都能吃。
