近日，“上海港严重拥堵、船期延误超一周”的消息迅速传播，不少货主扎堆改配、退关。数据显示，在双台风叠加出货高峰的极端工况下，上海港用一周时间全面回归常态。所谓“严重拥堵”更多是恐慌情绪发酵。
