同程旅行完成收购嘀嗒出行
8月21日，同程旅行发布公告称，已完成对嘀嗒出行的要约收购。公告显示，同程旅行共收到有效接纳股份910,755,954股，占嘀嗒出行已发行总股本约88.74%。收购完成后，嘀嗒出行将保持品牌及运营独立。同程旅行表示，计划寻求保持嘀嗒出行港股上市地位不变。
