罚单显示，华融金融租赁股份有限公司的主要违法违规行为是：直租业务不审慎；回租项目投放不审慎。
针对上述违法行为，浙江金融监管局对华融金融租赁股份有限公司罚款100万元；对郑轶超警告；对鲍志华警告；对袁振华禁止从事银行业工作10年。
