【法巴发行5只挂钩港股的R类熊证 拟8月25日上市】 法巴公告称，其作为担保人，由BNP PARIBAS ISSUANCE B.V.发行5只欧式现金结算R类熊证，分别挂钩华虹宏力、快手科技、比亚迪股份，证券代号为61388、61407、61414、61428、61433，发行额分别为1.5亿份、1.5亿份、6000万份、6000万份、4000万份，发行价介乎0.05港元至0.161港元，到期日均为2029年1月31日，预计2026年8月25日于联交所上市。
