同时，公司董事会增补任长宏为董事会战略委员会召集人，任期至第十二届董事会届满时止。
任长宏，1969年出生，曾任公司副总经理、党委委员，辽宁省能源产业控股集团有限责任公司生产技术管理部部长。
2026年一季度，辽宁能源实现收入10.79亿元，归母净利润-1.16亿元。
