格隆汇8月17日丨中国信达(01359.HK)公告，2021年8月，公司在全国银行间债券市场发行了规模为人民币100亿元的无固定期限资本债券。根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人有条件赎回权，发行人有权在本期债券第5年的付息日(即2026年8月16日)赎回本期债券。
