北京商报讯（记者 刘宇阳 实习记者 王思奕）8月11日，国泰海通发布公告表示，公司本次注销A股回购股份约4778.62万股，约占本次注销前公司总股本的0.27%。本次注销完成后，公司总股本由约176.29亿股减少至约175.81亿股。
公告表示，国泰海通已向上交所提交股份注销申请，本次A股股份注销事项将于8月12日办理完成。
