因道路维修施工需要，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条规定，大连市金普新区夏金线0.67公里路段，自2026年8月3日至2026年8月4日实施全封闭施工，过往车辆及行人可按现场交通标志指示绕行。
