7月31日，ST金鸿顺（603922）发布公告，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规行为，中国证监会江苏监管局对公司实际控制人刘栩立案。因多次与刘栩联系未果，现依法向刘栩公告送达《立案告知书》。
值得注意的是，公司于2026年6月26日收到中国证监会出具的《立案告知书》，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司立案。
2026年一季度，ST金鸿顺实现收入1.28亿元，归母净利润875万元。
